By accessing and using Baylor S.H.A.R.E., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform. This service is exclusively available to authenticated members of the Baylor University community.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must have a valid, active @baylor.edu email address to register.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and SSO credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and current information during the waitlist and registration process.

3. Marketplace Conduct

As a peer-to-peer sustainable marketplace, we rely on the integrity of our community:

• Accuracy: All items listed must be accurately described and photographed.
• Prohibited Items: The sale of illegal, hazardous, or non-university-appropriate materials is strictly forbidden.
• Transactions: Baylor S.H.A.R.E. acts as an intermediary for quoting and listing, but final exchanges and item hand-offs must be conducted safely and respectfully.

4. Limitation of Liability

Baylor S.H.A.R.E. is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, the failure of a buyer/seller to complete a transaction, or the condition of the items exchanged.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via the email address associated with their account.
